- Exercise to Burn Calories- i am kind of lazy but i can walk
- Do Strength Training to Build Muscle- painful
- Drink Caffeinated Green or Black Tea- i can do it
- Eat Smaller, More Frequent Meals- don't feel full, so sad
- Don't Skip Breakfast-i can do it
- Eat Low-Fat Dairy-ok
- Drink 8 Cups of Water a Day- i can do it but have to pee every 5 minutes
- Fidget- ok i will try
This is my situation, always search and find some excuses and try to find something else. Do you still think i can loose weight?Maybe..
yes, we can try, despite the fact that we don't need to loose weight...hahahahah
