Ways to burn calories!

Are you trying to lose some weight like me? I searced something to burn some calories. Here are the results..The truth seems to be that the No. 1 way to burn more calories is the old fashioned way - by moving more.
  1. Exercise to Burn Calories- i am kind of lazy but i can walk
  2. Do Strength Training to Build Muscle- painful
  3. Drink Caffeinated Green or Black Tea- i can do it
  4. Eat Smaller, More Frequent Meals- don't feel full, so sad
  5. Don't Skip Breakfast-i can do it
  6. Eat Low-Fat Dairy-ok
  7. Drink 8 Cups of Water a Day- i can do it but have to pee every 5 minutes
  8. Fidget- ok i will try

This is my situation, always search and find some excuses and try to find something else. Do you still think i can loose weight?Maybe..
