Today was my last Marketing via New Media class in UCSD. I feel like I learned a lot and special thanks to Becky who is very successful in her field and very good teacher. After this class, I start to think about I can look for a job in that field either in my country or in the states. My internship in Point Loma Community Bank is about a marketing project via social media. I opened a fan account on facebook and twitter page for them. They are so glad now.This kind of practical classes are so useful for us for using them in real work life. I would recommend this class to everybody. Thank you Becky Carroll and thank you all my classmates.

Ways to burn calories!

Are you trying to lose some weight like me? I searced something to burn some calories. Here are the results..The truth seems to be that the No. 1 way to burn more calories is the old fashioned way - by moving more.

Exercise to Burn Calories- i am kind of lazy but i can walk
Do Strength Training to Build Muscle- painful
Drink Caffeinated Green or Black Tea- i can do it
Eat Smaller, More Frequent Meals- don't feel full, so sad
Don't Skip Breakfast-i can do it
Eat Low-Fat Dairy-ok
Drink 8 Cups of Water a Day- i can do it but have to pee every 5 minutes
Fidget- ok i will try

This is my situation, always search and find some excuses and try to find something else. Do you still think i can loose weight?Maybe..

Sanctuary Camelback Mountain Resort & Spa

A friend recommended this resort and after looking at their website I thought that would be a good place to go and just relax. We drove all the way from San Diego to Phoenix and when we checked in to the resort we were pleased that they upgraded us to their largest villa. The villa was decorated in a Feng Shui manner and felt very relaxing to be in there. It had a large Japanese soaking tub in the outdoor garden and massage chair. The resort offers free classes like yoga, pilates and has the largest infinity pool in Arizona. By the way it was too hot in June-105 degrees but we are planning to go back in October.

The Hangover Movie

That was one of the funniest movie I have ever seen. Four guys in Las Vegas. How much trouble could they get into? What starts out as a fun bachelor party turns into a weekend full of strippers, a tiger, a wedding, a baby and even Mike Tyson. This movie would be an instant classic. Highly recommended, if you haven’t seen yet, just take a look at the video.

Chiba Sushi

This is my favorite cheap/moderately priced Sushi place. Chiba is tiny but they do have some outdoor seating. The food is pretty inexpensive and the service is beyond excellent. The food is really, really, REALLY good! My absolute favorite roll would be the eel roll and shrimp tempura roll.
